Our Mission
Empower organizations to bring the HUMAN back into Human Capital Risk.
Our Vision
We envision a world where trauma is acknowledged, understood, and met with
empathy. By embodying trauma-informed principles in our business practices, we aim to
contribute to a more just and healing society.
Our Philosophy
Integrating trauma-informed principles into your organization's DNA is not just a
strategy; it's a transformative journey toward long-term success. Just as we've
witnessed the profound impact of computing on the business landscape, we're now at a
turning point where we must shift towards a more humanity-centered organizational
landscape.
By infusing our work with a deep understanding of human experiences, we can
effectively address Human Capital Risk, the 'emerging' Third-Party risk that, if ignored,
could lead to significant losses for our global community. We mitigate this risk by
embracing civility and a shared curiosity about our fellow humans, focusing on WHY we
work, not just how.
Our Guiding Principles
Empathy: We believe in fostering environments where empathizing with others
becomes the cultural thread of the organization.
Empowerment: We believe in restoring agency and control to individuals who
have experienced trauma. We support choices, collaboration, and self-advocacy
in all our interactions.
Choice: We honor individual needs and preferences by providing options and
flexibility in our services and support.
Collaboration: We partner with individuals, communities, and organizations to
foster a sense of shared power and responsibility.
Safety: We strive to cultivate a space where everyone feels physically and
emotionally safe, free from judgment and re-traumatization. This includes
fostering a culture of respect, transparency, and clear communication.
