Who We Are
Egan Rose Consulting (ERC) helps organizations strengthen their most valuable asset — their people. We identify and address risks that impact the workforce, while building cultures of safety, empathy, and resilience. Our tailored solutions enhance employee engagement, support mental well-being, and align human capital strategies with long‑term organizational success.
Founded on the belief that human capital is a critical driver of every organization’s resilience, ERC is deeply committed to advancing health equity and fostering a more compassionate society. We believe business can — and should — be a force for good. That’s why we are passionate about advocating for mental health, preventing suicide, and elevating women’s health as essential to collective wellbeing.
About Our Founder
ERC’s founder, Keidra Norwood, has built her career around inclusive thought leadership and operational excellence. She has advised executives and led transformative initiatives across sectors, from Fortune 100 corporations to mission‑driven nonprofits. Her work has impacted organizations including Verizon Communications, Fannie Mae, Cencora, Santander N.A., the American Heart Association of Tarrant County, and United Way of Tarrant County — where she has consistently championed diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being as drivers of sustainable success.
Causes We Are Passionate About
We expand access to mental healthcare in marginalized communities, breaking down barriers to health equity. We recognize the profound impact of trauma — and help individuals and communities transform adversity into growth. We foster empathetic, empowering, and healing‑centered environments, while advancing systemic change for healthier workplaces and communities. We believe in the resilience of the human spirit and champion mental health, suicide prevention, and women’s health as essential to collective wellbeing.

Our Vision
To set the global standard for human‑centered risk management, proving that governance and empathy can drive well-being and sustainable growth.
Our Philosophy
Workplaces thrive when governance and humanity align. By fostering civility, curiosity, and purpose, we help organizations focus on why we work, not just how — putting the human back into human capital.
Our Guiding Principles
1. Safety
We cultivate environments of psychological and physical safety, built on respect, transparency, and clear communication.
4. Empowerment
We empower individuals and organizations by restoring agency, fostering self‑advocacy, and building cultures where every voice matters.
2. Empathy
We make empathy the cultural thread that weaves trust, respect, and connection into every organization we serve.
5. Collaboration
We believe collaboration creates shared power, shared responsibility, and stronger outcomes for all.
3. Choice
We honor diverse needs by offering choice, flexibility, and solutions that adapt to people — not the other way around.
6. Resilience
We strengthen the capacity of individuals and organizations to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenges, turning disruption into growth.
